Easy Salted Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie

I love cooking. I don’t love baking. See, when I’m cooking I can make it up as I go along. You can try to do the same thing with baking…but I promise it won’t turn out well. This Salted Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie is so easy even I could make it. It’s also really good. Like, really, really good.

This pie is great when made ahead and perfect for taking to picnics or family gatherings. The fanciest part is the chocolate ganache topping and even that’s easy!

The salt in the crust and the ganache compliment the salt in the peanut butter and help balance the sweetness from the powdered sugar and whipped topping. I like to go for a bittersweet chocolate for the ganache to add another layer of flavor and cut through the richness and sweetness.
