Halloween is one of my favorite cocktail holidays. It’s a perfect day for indulging.
From chewy candy to creepy cupcakes, celebrating Halloween is all about enjoying those things you shouldn’t have every day of the year.
My take on the traditional Moscow Mule is a perfect way to celebrate the spookiest of holidays.
All Hallows’ Hooch is a sweet and spicy boozy treat featuring one of my favorite spirits – moonshine.
You can find legal “moonshine” at most liquor stores nowadays. This recipe uses the “Apple Pie” variety. If you can’t find this delicious concoction in your neck of the woods, check out this recipe – it’s a great alternative.
All Hallows’ Hooch
- 2 ounces “Apple Pie” moonshine
- 4 ounces apple cider
- 6 ounces ginger beer
- Crushed ice
- Add moonshine and cider to a chilled copper mug and stir.
- Add crushed ice.
- Top with ginger beer.
