It’s a brand new month and I’m challenging myself to slow down, decompress, reduce stress, and live a little more simply.
I’ve learned a lot this month. A lot about myself. A lot about how I spend my time and what makes me happy. A lot about how much other people care about me and about what I value. And, at the end of the day, I have more questions than answers.
